Made from N-BK7 substrate, they feature a surface quality of 20-10 and a flatness of λ/10. They have damage thresholds for pulsed and CW lasers of 3-5 J/cm² and 1-2.5 MW/cm² at the design wavelength, allowing for easy implementation with high-power lasers such as Nd:YAG, Nd:YLF, and diodes.
